The Perfect Spiral Ornament

Full Description

The holidays are my favorite time of year to crochet. Every year I pick some ambitious project to have ready by Christmas day. Last year I finished a Christmas tree skirt and stockings for my husband and I. This year I’ve decided to make handmade crochet ornaments!

I’m calling this pattern the “Perfect Spiral Ornament” because it is just that…perfect! Using under 30 yards of yarn each ornament and taking about 10 mintutes to complete, this pattern is easy on the budget and on the hands. You can have an entire set made in one short afternoon. Another reason I love this pattern is the fun technique it utilizes. The traditional two-color spiral is used in a very interesting branch of crochet called “freeform”. With this basic new skill you will learn by watching my video and making a few ornaments, you can create many things to match your ornament set!
